This oceanfront home is just waiting for you and your family! Inside, you will find LVP throughout, fresh interior paint, all-new decor, bathrooms, HVAC, and a completely refreshed kitchen with modern finishes and stainless steel appliances. As if that is not enough, all of the furnishings is brand new including the beds! Updates also supplied installing glass doors on all the showers, remodeling the primary shower in full, and installing new windows and doors on the beach side of the home. Also, there are flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms to stream your favorite shows.

Outside you will find a saltwater pool with a heater and new Trex decking around the pool, boardwalk, and decks! Unwind on the new and generously appointed outdoor furnishings and savor the ocean breeze. The view of the ocean and beach strand is unmatched! This home offers 5 bedrooms (3K, 2F, 1BB, 1PBB) and 4 bathrooms. Occupancy is limited to 12.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Getting the most from your budget:

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • To book the largest rental within budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Many property management companies supply Cape Fear area area visitor guide magazines which will include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Cape Fear area area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a excellent stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
