This oceanfront home is just waiting for you and your family! Inside, you will find LVP throughout, fresh interior paint, all-new decor, bathrooms, HVAC, and a completely modernized kitchen with modern finishes and stainless steel appliances. As if that is not enough, all of the furnishings is brand new including the beds! Updates also supplied installing glass doors on all the showers, remodeling the primary shower in full, and installing new windows and doors on the beach side of the home. Also, there are flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms to stream your favorite shows.

Outside you will find a saltwater pool with a heater and new Trex decking around the pool, boardwalk, and decks! Unwind on the new and gorgeously appointed outdoor furnishings and appreciate the ocean breeze. The view of the ocean and beach strand is unmatched! This home offers 5 bedrooms (3K, 2F, 1BB, 1PBB) and 4 bathrooms. Occupancy is limited to 12.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on great ratings to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
