Sleeping 15 comfortably, the floor plan consists of 3 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and 5 twin beds; each bedroom with an adjoining private bathroom.
The first floor homes two king suites with sizable sliding glass doors that access the back deck. 3 bedrooms are on the second floor including a 3rd king suite with upsized roomy bathroom and bay window marsh view, a bedroom with queen bed, full bed, and twin bunk over full bed with walk in shower, and 5th bedroom featuring 4 twin bunk beds and adjoining private bath with tub ideal for the little ones. With close to the street corner lot location, partial ocean vistas can be adored from four of the five bedrooms. Each bedroom has a new Intelligent TV with firestick, cable and DVR, along with additional channels for sports, movies, and cartoons. The home is also equipped with Fiber Optic high speed internet access so all guests can appreciate the use of any device at any time without service interruptions or delays.
With partial ocean vistas, the back deck is well appointed with a 4-chair dinette set and 3 sizable Adirondack chairs ideal for lazy morning coffee or afternoon beverages. The owner will provide one roll of toilet paper and one liquid hand soap in each bathroom. Also, they will provide one roll of paper towels, soap for one laundry load, and soap for one dishwasher load.
As a welcome gift to all renters, a complimentary bottle of champagne, hand sanitizer, and frame for all those memories made are also supplied with your stay!
