Located only 259 feet from the ocean, this home has elegant expansive vistas and an abundance of natural lighting. Take a walk to the beach with adored ones or relax in the private pool. As you enter this handsome abode, you’ll notice the wooden walls which remind you of bungalow living. The living room is furnished with two couches and additional seating for you and your family. The TV sits on the TV stand so you can watch your favorite shows. The ocean view from this area is ideal as you indulge in the board games supplied for you.

The dining area is located behind the living room and seats eight. Spend quality time here as you savor your favorite meal together. Share stories and laughter here as you relish your feast. The kitchen is to the left of the dining area and has striking white cabinetry, a bar, and appliances. The bar has seating for six, which is ideal for viewing the chef. Sit here to critique the prepare! Show off your skills in the kitchen and whip up your infamous dish.

Down the hall is a bookshelf containing games such as Monopoly and Second Rule Jr, along with a selection of books to choose from. Read your favorite book in the living room while the ocean crashes ahead of you. Aside from that is the first bedroom and bathroom.

Traveling up the stairs are the additional four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both upstairs oceanfront bedrooms offer deck access with speculator vistas of the sea. Stand on the deck and listen to the ocean waves soothe you.
