Just three blocks to a public beach access, your family and friends will appreciate staying here! Walk or bicycle to downtown CB, the lake and Saturday farmers market. Brand new construction in 2022 with four decks (two on the rooftop for gorgeous vistas!), entirely furnished with our guests in mind.

• Same-day bookings may require up to 3 hours of preparation time.

• Early check-in, suitcases drop-off and/or late check-outs offered as schedule accepts and for $50 per hour.

• Unauthorized late departures subject to minimum $100 fee.

• We provide bed linens and bathing towels, as well as starter kits of paper products, detergents and shampoos.

• Please bring your own beach gear, or we are happy to recommend our favorite local vendors for units.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is on a lake. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
