From its completely supplied kitchen, private beach walkway, back porch overlooking the ocean and the highest quality of amenities- The Bluemoon Cottage is one of the most unique and extravagant stays on Wrightsville Beach. It has been furnished with Parachute sheets, linens and bath towels, Helix beds and is supplied with Leus beach towels!

This beachfront residence is located on the North End of Wrightsville Beach, tucked away at the end of a private street, giving you the feel of your own private beach. It shares a cavernous gated driveway with Sundance Cottage (also bookable via Mira-Mar)!

The Neighborhood:
Arranged for a sizable family or two smaller families, should you require more rooms, let us know! The Bluemoon Cottage can be paired up with its sister-property The Sundance Cottage.

Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
6. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)

**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

How to get the best rental home value:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. To book the best rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.

Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches. You will need to work out what configuration is right for your vacation.
• Some properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property management company about pets before booking.
