Open Great Room/Kitchen Floor Plan offering 3 bigger bedrooms/ 2 ½ baths located on the Davis Canal Waterfront with long range vistas of Marsh. Only 3-min. walk to the beach. Located on a rather street which mainly attracts people who savor exercising: walking, running, cycling. We look for good people that are looking for value for your vacation. Great Price for a Great House! A couple of things to outline: We do not supply Linens and We Do not allow Animals. If you can live with our modest request we assure you will not be disappointed. Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island, is home to this vacation home.   • Walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
