Bedrooms 2 & 3: Two appealing rooms, each with two twin beds. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, featuring a enormous vanity and walk-in shower. Savor a room with two twin beds and two balconies, offering plenty of outdoor seating for relaxation and breathtaking vistas.
Third Floor:
Main Living Area: Open and airy living room with huge windows, a balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, and comfortable seating.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

Sticking to a spending budget:

• To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Cape Fear area restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

• Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or costs applied to your contract.
• Is your group looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
• Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking

• Take a copy of the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.

• Lock your vacation home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
• At Check-in, note any issues with the property and immediately alert the host. Keep records of all coorespondence.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors disrupting your life at home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've not otherwise known!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
