Welcome to Three Little Birds beach home. Canal front home is located close to the Concord St beach access and right in the center of the island - close to the stores, and eateries. Bright and airy open concept living area and kitchen. Sliding glass door leading to outside deck with plenty of seating to savor the water vistas. With 4 enormous bedrooms and 2 on suite Jack N Jill bathrooms you'll be sure to have plenty of space for a family of 10. Kitchen is entirely outfitted, and linens are included, just pack your bags. Bring the fishing poles and even your boat. Private dock with a ladder on the canal!

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
