Let all of your oceanfront dreams come to fruition when you book a stay at Pelicans Penthouse! This updated, top-floor condo is located in handsome Caswell Beach, right across from the Oak Island Golf Course. When you aren't paying a visit to the Oak Island Lighthouse or the Yaupon Fishing Pier, simply sit back and take in marvelous sunrise and sunset vistas.

Inside Pelicans Penthouse, appreciate utilizing the well-appointed kitchen with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent living room presents a pleasant space to stream your favorite shows on the Roku Intelligent TV. Each of the condo's bedrooms is equipped with its own TV and remote-controlled ceiling fans. From the primary bedroom, savor ocean vistas and an en suite bathroom.

A focal point of the condo is the oceanfront balcony where you can sit any time of day and watch the waves crash, the dolphins play, and the seagulls fly. Additional exterior perks include a convenient ground-level storage closet with six beach chairs, two body boards, a skimmer-board, and two umbrellas. Sand toys and beach games for the kids are supplied in the closet, too. An outdoor shower and foot hose are available to wash off the sand after a fun day spent on the beach or in the community's pool.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
