This updated, top-floor condo is located in pretty Caswell Beach, right across from the Oak Island Golf Course. When you aren't paying a visit to the Oak Island Lighthouse or the Yaupon Fishing Pier, simply sit back and take in marvelous sunrise and sunset vistas.

Inside Pelicans Penthouse, appreciate utilizing the well-appointed kitchen with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent living room presents a pleasant space to stream your favorite shows on the Roku Intelligent TV. Each of the condo's bedrooms is equipped with its own TV and remote-controlled ceiling fans. From the primary bedroom, savor ocean vistas and an en suite bathroom.

A focal point of the condo is the oceanfront balcony where you can sit any time of day and watch the waves crash, the dolphins play, and the seagulls fly. Additional exterior perks include a convenient ground-level storage closet with six beach chairs, two body boards, a skimmer-board, and two umbrellas. Sand toys and beach games for the kids are included in the closet, too. An outdoor shower and foot hose are available to wash off the sand after a fun day spent on the beach or in the community's pool.

Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Go through the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on great ratings to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
