New updates for 2025 include a newly painted whole home exterior and new mirrors and lighting in all the bathrooms! New photos coming soon!

This oceanfront duplex has elegant spectacular vistas from every side! On the oceanfront side, step outside and experience the charming sunrise and sunset vistas from the enormous covered porches outside the living room and upstairs master bedroom. The sizable extended sun deck brings you even closer to the waves! The other side has no homes directly across the street, which offers enhanced privacy as well as calming marsh vistas from both of the street side bedrooms.

Bed linens supplied (Beds in bedrooms only) for nightly and weekly units. No Towels included but can be rented.

There is plenty of room for up to 9 people, but if you need more space for extended family or friends, you can accommodate up to 18 people by renting the other side (if available) and opening up the whole home to your group. This provides twice the space (including another full kitchen) and is effortlessly accessible through the connecting downstairs lock-out doors. When it's time to re-stock or have a snack, it's only a 5 min. walk to the island fishing pier, grocery store and striking oceanfront ice cream/snack shop. On the way back you can savor the wide assortment of unique shells that are often generous along our beach.

Our top Vacation rental tips:

How to get the best rental home value:

  • The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Booking your vacation home in Spring or Fall is a good way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Often, property management companies supply Cape Fear area area visitor guide magazines which often include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Cape Fear area area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Planning, selecting, and booking your Cape Fear area rental home:

  • First and foremost, have your group agree to the best dates and a budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family needs. Turtley Paradise East - Rent East & West Sides for Large Groups has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the host before booking the vacation property. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the host about allowable breeds and types before booking.
  • Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .

Tips for your stay:

  • Put the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute arises.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
