Inside Ev's Escape, get comfortable amongst the open-concept interior's soft furnishings and modern appliances. Hang out with your favorite people in the roomy living room or in the tree-lined sunroom. When you aren't dining out, the full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops - ideal for culinary pursuits! An additional kitchenette is available in the second condo. Both of the condo's bedrooms are plush and full of natural light. Don't worry about the weather as the interior is constantly kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the amenities.

Things to Know
The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tiki bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.

Located by the sea, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Sunset Beach. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Look for your local Cape Fear area visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your peaceful home life. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to inspire more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review.
