Under the warm North Carolina sunshine, appreciate visiting the Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, the Sunset Beach Seashore, Bird Island Reserve, and the Swap Park - Zip Line and ATV Center. Inside Ev's Escape, get comfortable amongst the open-concept interior's soft furnishings and modern appliances. Hang out with your favorite people in the cavernous living room or in the tree-lined sunroom. When you aren't dining out, the full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops - ideal for culinary pursuits! An additional kitchenette is available in the second condo. Both of the condo's bedrooms are plush and full of natural light. Don't worry about the weather as the interior is constantly kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the amenities.

Things to Know
The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tiki bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.

Located by the sea, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. When to book a Cape Fear area rental home & When to go:

  • Summer is high season in Sunset Beach. To book the best rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
