• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
• Some property management companies offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
