Dock details: The lower boat dock is 8 x 16 with two cleats corner bumper and bumper running across the front. It has an upper deck with covered boat lift. The top deck is 12 x 16 and the ramp is about 40 feet long.

When to visit Holden Beach & When to reserve a Cape Fear area rental home:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To book the most suitable vacation home within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
