Waters Edge at Holden Beach - Unit 435-C Two Bedroom, Two Bath Oceanfront Condo on Lower Level

Accommodating up to 6 guests, this attractively decorated lower level condo is bright and light and airy! The roomy open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is complete with beautiful beach décor and comfortable furnishings. You will appreciate the light ceramic tile floor with modern ceiling fans and refreshed lighting. The kitchen is well appointed and offers everything you will need to create gourmet meals at home. With updated kitchen cabinets and countertops, there is bar seating for 3. This unit is complete with a full size washer and dryer. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and full private bath with tub/shower combo, and spectacular ocean vistas! Bedroom #2 offers a Queen/Twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, TV, ceiling fan and shares the full hall bath with tub/shower combo, and a street side view.

You will appreciate the private oceanfront balcony, complete with lifeguard-style chairs and table that are tall enough to see over the balcony railings for unobstructed ocean vistas. Take your meals to the balcony for oceanfront dining, or savor a chilled drink while gazing out at the ocean!
