The loft bedroom and the living room have access to ocean view decks for you to savor coffee in the morning and your favorite drink at nighttime. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom are downstairs providing exceptional vistas of South Beach.
House comes equipped with two 4-passenger golf carts and a propane grille for a ideal dinner for two or family gatherings.

When to book a Cape Fear area rental & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To get the largest rental home within your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a great stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
