About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. How to get the best rental value:

• In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking your Cape Fear area vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. • If there's a particular Cape Fear area destination you are enamored with, browse properties that are either near by, or those that cater to your requirements.
