This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was completely modernized in 2018 and is delightfully decorated. The ocean and sunset vistas are one of a kind! Savor the breezes on the two screen porches or soak up the sunshine on the open deck. The open floor plan is ideal for family gatherings or couples looking for a hideaway. The kitchen is well appointed with a Keurig coffee maker and features a huge granite island with bar seating. The furnishings is modern and selected for comfort. Each bedroom is outfitted with comfortable beds, TVs and oscillating wall fans. This home features two master suites upstairs both having king size beds. Downstairs there is a bunk room that includes two twins and two double beds. There is also a king bedroom downstairs which shares a full bath with the bunk room. The home is pet friendly and your four-legged family members are welcome! We have a bespoke, constructed-in dog kennel, a travel crate and an outdoor dog washing station. We have 2 golf carts (4 passenger & 6 passenger), 2 bicycles, charcoal grille and plenty of beach gear. Nothing has been overlooked and we know you will be pleased in this home. A permanent UV air purifier has been installed in the home to help stop the spread of germs, viruses and odors.

Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Strategies for getting the best Bald Head Island rental experience:

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Bald Head Island. To find the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Know before you go:

  • Add the owner's contact information to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, television set or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents quite a few difficulties.
  • Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • To make certain that no damages are attributed to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during arrival. Speak to the property manager right away to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your peaceful home life. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
