The condo includes central heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two cars. Its oceanfront location on the third floor gives guests private access to the community beach. DirectTV streaming is available for entertainment, while an oceanfront deck with tall chairs and tables offers a ideal spot to take in the coastal vistas.

Inside, the open kitchen and dining area feature a table with seating for four, barstools for additional guests, and a range of essential appliances, including a flat cooktop stove and a drip coffeemaker. The living room opens onto the oceanfront deck and is furnished with a comfortable couch, two chairs, and a intelligent flat-screen TV. The main bedroom has a king bed, intelligent TV, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two Twin XL beds and its own intelligent TV.
