The home has fast 600 mbps Wifi, with complementary streaming Spectrum (cable), and access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu accounts via the Intelligent TVs. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed, one nightstand, one modest chest of drawers, 32" Intelligent TV, and a closet. Bedroom #3 sleeps up to 4 people with two sets of twin bunk beds (upper bunk beds have pocket organizers to hold cell phones, eyeglasses,etc) and a nightstand. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, a microfiber couch, matching adore seat, two swivel chairs, a 50" intelligent tv, and a gas log fireplace. Beach Cottage style home with open floor plan within a short walk to the ICW. Neighborhood has two fishing piers and a boat ramp. Also, just one mile from the public boat ramp. Home has 2 bedrooms downstairs. One room with a king bed and the other has one queen. There is a enormous additional sleeping area upstairs and a half bath. One full bath with sizable walk-in shower down stairs and a nice vinyl enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Air conditioned sunroom with plenty of seating to savor early morning sunrises or evening sunsets or maybe you would rather take a nap or read a book on the sunroom’s twin bed. Approximately 8 min. ride to the Ocean Isle Pier where you will find the beach, community concert/ splash pad park, putt putt and eateries. This Condo-tel is convenient to the beach and eateries. The room is private and has it's on entrance but it is a lockout and has a locked door to the main unit. The place is private and peaceful.This is a lock out guestroom. Very similar to a modest adjoining hotel room. There maybe some noise from the unit next door but it is typically peaceful with 9:00 pm peaceful tome.
