Coopers Sunrise is a bright, roomy privately owned, pet friendly ocean front home on the West end of the Island with spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Interior amenities include connecting doors, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, color TVs, Streaming; refreshed high speed internet 300 MB WIFI ; coffee maker, central heat & air & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, fish sink, permanent grille, sun deck & covered porch. This home is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional Fee. No cats and no birds allowed. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.****4 NIGHT MINIMUM *****Departure maid on all nightly reservations required per owner.
