The kitchen is freshly equipped with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, cabinet facings and white subway tile back splash. It's a must see, prettier than the photos suggest. Laundry room has been equipped with new washer & dryer. Outside savor the new upper & lower deck furnishings as well as new landscaping, planted palms & shrubbery, landscape timbers & gravel. Along with a new grilling area that includes park style stationary grille. Come & appreciate the phenomenal ocean vistas from the both the new upper & lower decks & Get "A Wave From It All."
