This is a privately owned single family home on 2nd row East end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heating and air, 3 TVs, 2 DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, sun deck & covered porch. This home is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve.
