Sandpiper Bay is located within a 5-min. drive to Sunset Beach. Located on the golf course at Sandpiper Bay and simple access to many other courses. Appreciate a short drive to Calabash, NC the Seafood Capital of the World and try some of the best seafood around.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Generous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Giant Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Sizable Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

When to go & When to reserve a Sunset Beach rental home:

• June, July, and August are high season in Sunset Beach. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
