Drive less than 5 mins. to Jungle Rapids for a day of water park family fun. Drive just 10 mins. away to spend a day at the incomparable Wrightsville Beach. Take a ghost walk or horse and buddy ride or visit one of our many award winning eateries in Historic Downtown Wilmington just 15 mins. from your door.
Bring Your Boat: there are No Restrictions on parking boat trailers in the driveway! Public Boat ramps are at multiple access points.
Parking: Two cars can park in the garage and up to 6 cars in the driveway.

The home is a private home and guests have access to the entire property.

Other things to note:

If you are coming prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day with the intention of using the pool, please check in advance if it will be open for your stay. We typically have the pool open around May 1st and closed October 1 but those dates can vary based on the weather. This follows the same schedule as most pools in Wilmington. We follow all guidelines supplied by the City Of Wilmington and have a registration number of STL2020-0077.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check Out is by 10 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:
Dogs Only Accepted. One Dog is included in your rent. Subsequent dogs will incur additional costs.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Wrightsville Beach is a oceanside town named as one of the world’s best surf towns by National Geographic, and is the ideal place to practice all water sports. Get a true feel for island life and experience the uncrowded shore and mild temperatures of Wrightsville Beach, where you could be fishing, paddle boarding, or shelling in crystal-clear waters, or just savor long, charming walks on NC’s most accessible beach. 20 mins. further down the peninsula, you will find the oceanside towns of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach.
