Bathrooms have been updated as well, with a Jack 'n' Jill bath shared between two bedrooms on each floor. Additionally, each of the four bedrooms features direct access to a modest, private, streets-side deck. The oceanfront screened porch with furnishings makes for a pretty place to relax with a cool drink while watching the kids play on the beach, and features like an enclosed outside shower and charcoal grille add to the usefulness of the outdoor living space. Additionally, the property features a handicap ramp.
