This home is extremely well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The huge, completely equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is completely outfitted. The open floor plan flows into the family room complete with a sizable flat-screen intelligent TV and crystal-clear sound bar for you to savor your favorite music or show as you prepare up your latest catch of the day. New Horizons has two King master suites- one on the second floor with extraordinary marsh vistas and the other on the first floor facing the ocean. Downstairs you will find two more enormous bedrooms connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
