Your family will appreciate gathering together in the huge kitchen, showcasing a granite center island with enough room for everybody to appreciate creating delicious gourmet meals and dining together! Other kitchen amenities include modern lighting, maple cabinetry, granite countertops, subzero refrigerator, wolf wine cooler, gas cooktop, double ovens, dishwasher, and so much more! On the street side of the kitchen you will find a sunroom which offers a desk for those that may need to work, or kids who need to complete school tasks. You will also find seating for 4 which accepts you to sit back and take a break. The half bath can be found on this level as well. The sizable Master bedroom is located on the 2nd level, offering a king size bed, sitting area and private bathroom with a double vanity, bidet, bespoke walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.
