This condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, stores, eateries, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street.

This condo was refreshed extensively in 2021. All TVs are Intelligent TVs with Netflix, Hulu, & other Apps. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th. There is a bicycle rack available if you bring your bicycle.

This is a professionally operated vacation rental condominium. You have access to the entire unit.

We are available at anytime. We prefer to communicate through the app to keep track of any communications. You will also have cell #s to call/text in case of emergency.

Walk! You can walk to most anything in Carolina Beach from this location. The boardwalk is two blocks away. Beach Access across the street. Fishing Charters available across the street on the other side. Over a dozen stores, eateries, & bars, are within walking distance.

Access: Enter using an electronic code doorknob so you can check in as soon as you arrive! The code is changed between each guest.

Parking:
Assigned Parking for 2 Vehicles. An hourly/daily pay parking lot is available next to Beach Harbour if you need more parking. This lot is complimentary in the Winter.

About the Area

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

Find your perfect rental:

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer is high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
