This condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, stores, eateries, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street.

This condo was refreshed extensively in 2021. All TVs are Intelligent TVs with Netflix, Hulu, & other Apps. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th. There is a bicycle rack available if you bring your bicycle.

This is a professionally operated vacation rental condominium. You have access to the entire unit.

We are available at anytime. We prefer to communicate through the app to keep track of any communications. You will also have cell #s to call/text in case of emergency.

Walk! You can walk to most anything in Carolina Beach from this location. The boardwalk is two blocks away. Beach Access across the street. Fishing Charters available across the street on the other side. Over a dozen stores, eateries, & bars, are within walking distance.

Access: Enter using an electronic code doorknob so you can check in as soon as you arrive! The code is changed between each guest.

Parking:
Assigned Parking for 2 Vehicles. An hourly/daily pay parking lot is available next to Beach Harbour if you need more parking. This lot is complimentary in the Winter.

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. To find the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
