This beautiful Carolina Beach townhome, constructed Sept '21, is blocks up from the boardwalk and centrally located to all the landmarks, nightlife, and one of a kind appeal that make this beach town so vibrant and special. Sea Merchants Grocery, Fat Pelican, and retail stores are all within a five min. walk. Feel Freeman Park, Lake Park festivities, NC Aquarium, and Fort Fisher. Surf, Swim, Bicycle, Run, Fish, Bird, and even track down a native Venus Flytrap, CB, NC has something for everybody.
