Fun beach home located 300 yards from the ocean in Island Park Cottages, 30 yards to community pool. Lots of room for a group with an eat in kitchen and enormous living space. Five bedrooms: 2 downstairs, with a shared bathroom and 3 upstairs. Master bedroom located upstairs with private bathroom. Giant space under the home to lounge, grille and hang out, beach closet with bicycles, surfboards, beach chairs and umbrellas. 2 public beach accesses are a five min. walk away. Community dock on the marsh for fishing, kayaking, watching impressive sunsets and more. Eateries, putt putt, ice cream stores and more a short bicycle or car ride away. Your fun in the sun awaits!

Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium. Planet Fun and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to drive more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
