This oceanfront condo offers unobstructed ocean vistas and an open floor plan. From the living room of this 3 BR condo your attention is immediately drawn out the double sliding doors to the ocean. The ocean vistas continue from the main BR which shares access to the broad oceanfront deck via another set of sliding doors. Both guest bedrooms are extremely roomy This unit has an striking location and is an painless bicycle ride to the boardwalk!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo- PLEASE park in assigned covered space and parking row AND note OVERSIZED cars or overhead storage might not fit.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

- Centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer: fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many gorgeous eateries , eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out the new mural project around Carolina Beach too!

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. To book the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
