The main space of “Reefs Edge” features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open concept living area, and offers refreshed floor, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and striking new decks on the oceanside of the home. The kitchen flows seamlessly from the main living space, providing an inviting place for guests to gather. A sizable sink and ample counter space makes meal prep a simple enjoyment. The upper and lower units of this home are only connected by exterior staircases that can be accessed from either side of the home. The main home includes central heating and air conditioning while the ground floor apartment includes a window unit.
