A great location featuring walking distance to dining and shopping and the beach access is only one block away! Two covered parking spaces dedicated to the unit allow painless access to the first-floor unit from the stairs. Other shared Ocean Walk community amenities include elevator access, an outdoor shower, and a grilling/picnic area (the latter conveniently around the corner from the unit at the base of the ramp to the pool area).
The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island.
