With just 80 steps to the handsome sandy beach, our beach hideaway will be sure to make you feel like you are living your best life. Our remodel was finished in May 2019. Savor a brand-new master bathroom and refreshed kitchen with quartz countertops and sea glass backsplash. Come relax on our covered deck with ocean vistas that will take your breath away. Our condo is the ideal locale for a calming family/or couples getaway. Appreciate long walks on the shore and sun filled days playing on the wide beach. Great shopping, dining and entertainment are only a short bicycle ride or drive away.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No family pets.

Ocean Isle Beach is home to this condo. Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium. Finding your best deal:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Ocean Isle Beach. Reserve your rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
