We're new to Vacation Rental By Owner, but we're not new to the vacation rental market. Prior to listing on Vacation Rental By Owner, we have exclusively rented our property through social media & word-of-mouth. Almost all of our current guests are repeat customers, which is a strong testament to their high level of satisfaction with our home. Appreciate the coastal breeze and impressive, direct ocean vistas from our 2022 constructed 5BR / 6BA *all suites* home. Our charming home was professionally decorated and is entirely supplied with everything you need for a memorable, calming vacation.

*Conveniently supplied with two full-sized fridges, a drink refrigerator, two dishwashers, an ice machine, and two tankless hot water heaters.

*Custom designed to fit your entire event in one space ~ 3rd Floor open concept area overlooks the ocean and includes: breakfast bar with six stools, huge 12-person dining table, a 70 inch Intelligent TV, and seating for the whole family on our upsized U-shaped couch.

*Giant game room with Queen Sleeper Couch and Wet Bar ~ Includes 65 inch Intelligent TV, Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man Classic Arcade Cabinets, wall-mounted Connect Four & Tic-Tac-Toe games, Air Hockey Table, a “Vacation Library”, and loads of card and board game options.

May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
