This 1910 Cottage has been lovingly upgraded, thoughtfully decorated and packs 1383 sqft. three bedrooms and two full baths. The entryway guides you through the home to the open concept living room with TV and upgraded eat in kitchen. When to go & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the most suitable vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
