The home is conveniently located on the canal with access to dock a boat after a day of fishing. If the beach is more your style, we are a fast three min. walk from the Leland St beach access. When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.

If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
