Home has up-to-date features with granite countertops, stainless appliances, new beds and comforters, ceiling fans and TVs in all rooms. Home has been refreshed and wood floors throughout. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club.
