Head downtown to the Historic District Riverfront (7 miles), handsome Airlie Gardens (1.5 miles), or just chill watching the intelligent TV, listening to music on our Amazon Alexa, and grilling on your gas grille!

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
