Villas at Oceanside is located in the serene coastal area between Sunset and Ocean Isle Beaches. These villas are the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure. Within close proximity to four award-winning golf courses, retail stores, eateries, exercise centers and beaches.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Giant Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Grand Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Find your perfect vacation home:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection.
