Pretty second row condo with ocean vistas located in the Islander Villas on the secluded west end of the island. Just a short walk to sunbathing & surfing the Atlantic. Simple access to condo via ground floor elevator. Golf cart chargers can be directly plugged into an outlet, but drop cords are not allowed. Passes to The Isles Beach Club includes pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and tennis courts and are available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Ocean Isle Beach and Sage Island. Get the most from your spending budget:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Cape Fear area area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

More tips for your stay:

  • Be sure you get the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your .

  • Record any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a great resource to find the best local spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to stimulate more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
