308 Keziah is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow that is just steps to the beach. It has been freshly refreshed with new floors and a fresh coat of paint. This property is also within walking distance to local eateries and stores, and is only a 5 min. drive to a major grocery store. Historic downtown Southport is only a 10 min. drive away. The property is also equipped with laundry, high-speed internet, Wifi, cable T.V. and beach chairs
Town-maintained beach access is about 200 yards from the home and you won't have to pay for parking and the ocean can be seen from the end of the driveway. Come and savor time at the beach!

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Bay Beach. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on great reviews to propel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
