Pretty expansive vistas of the intracoastal waterway. Freshly modernized kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Open floor in living and dining room provide tons of light. All Samsung Televisions are brand new with a 70" in the living room and a 42' in each bedroom. Fiber internet, ideal for guests wanting to work remotely. This home has a sleeper couch and a twin sleeper chair for sleeping 3 additional people to allow this home to accommodate 9 comfortably (linens are not supplied). Private community dock provides access for kayaking, fishing and a breathtaking walk over the marsh as well as a lookout to watch the sunset. Private beach access is close at the end of the street.

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this condo is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. With surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To book the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
