If you are looking for the ideal upgraded vacation home, look no further! "SEASALT" is a bespoke constructed 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home is located in Cape Fear Station on Bald Head Island. Walk past the welcoming entry way into an open floor plan downstairs that has been professionally decorated. In the living room you will find pretty beams in the ceiling over the sectional in the living room that has plenty of space for the family. Savor the chefs kitchen with a huge quartz island and a separate butlers pantry ideal for entertainment. One of the best features includes a enormous screened in porch with constructed in grilling area. The first bedroom is downstairs with a king bed and attached bathroom with a tiled shower. Upstairs offers one bedroom with a queen bed and constructed in bunk bed (2 twins) with attached bathroom that has a double sink and shower. The other bedroom is a queen room with attached bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom has a king bed and sizable bathroom getaway with double sink counter and a tiled shower along with a stand alone tub. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
