This freshly updated home sits on .40 acres (two tons) on Eyota Drive, a highly desired street to live on. You can walk to supermarkets, eateries, shopping stores, beauty salons, and so much more. The beach is two miles away!

The home enjoys an outdoor patio area where you can relax and sip your morning coffee or evening drinks after a fantastic day at the beach. As you enter, a comfortable open floor plan will greet you. The kitchen is complete with everything you could need to prepare the most delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, a high-rise kitchen faucet, and a tiled backsplash. The open living area provides a great place to host binge-watching evenings thanks to the intelligent TV with streaming services. When it's time to hit the hay, there are three private bedrooms for unwinding. Additional perks include central AC and a washer/dryer.

When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Summer months are high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
