Ocean view covered porch with furnishings, private beach access across street with gazebo, seasonal pool and hot tub on premises along with bicycle racks, cold outdoor shower and grilling area. Master suite with private bath, standalone shower, hottub tub, ceiling fans throughout. Nightly units available off-season only. Off season monthly units available. Formerly: Sea Ya There.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.

  • Summer months are high season in Oak Island. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.
