This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the best eateries in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 min. drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 mins. to UNCW campus and 15 mins. to Wrightsville Beach.
