At 1900 square feet, 500 sq ft bigger than the other units, this end unit offers 10 ft ceilings, 4 new TV’s, with Blu-ray players available for your enjoyment. The kitchen features new appliances and a breakfast area in addition to the main dining area. The living room furnishings has been upgraded, and this unit is positioned directly behind a shining oceanfront pool. The pool and ocean vistas offer memorable scenes from the front balcony and broad marsh vistas from the side balcony. The upsized master suite has a sizable master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Appreciate afternoon beverages at the wet bar or a game of tennis at the on-site court. Convenient access to the pool, beach and covered parking makes it simple to appreciate all the amenities that Duneridge has to offer!
