Located in the heart of downtown, just two blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Sea Minnow provides the ideal combination of relaxation and adventure. Watch fireworks from your porch, appreciate a invigorating dip in the pool, spend all day at the pretty beach, or discover the vibrant downtown area with its many stores, eateries, bars, and attractions. Parking lot access for two cars, beach access across the street 2 blocks away, Boardwalk Entry 2 blocks away, pool, picnic area, stairs to the third story.

Property Level:
Living Room: Generous wall-mounted intelligent TV, Couch ceiling fan, covered balcony.  Credenza Murphy Bed full-size sleeper.  Linens will be placed on the Murphy Bed in sanitary packaging. 2 Bath Towels are supplied. 

Kitchen: full kitchen, seating for 4 at the counter.
Primary Bedroom Suite: TV, Queen bed, ceiling fan. Linens will be placed on the Queen bed in sanitary packaging. 2 Bath Towels are supplied. 
En-suite access to full bathroom 
Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, vanity
Covered Balcony: access from the living room, ocean vistas, Pub Settee.
Washer and dryer (located in the closet on the balcony)

2 spots must use hangtag!

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No family pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on a river. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach Lake Park. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
