Pristine oceanfront classic. Located near the front of the privately gated/exclusive HBW, this fashonable duplex offers the optimal arrangement. The mirrored North/South units provide for ideal fellowship yet separate accommodations; outside entry to each level. Each kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enormous family rooms, shaded porches, sundeck, picnic tables, charcoal grilles, outdoor showers, LCD TVs (in Family Room and Master Bedroom), WIFI, and a private walkway to our world class beach. Washer/Dryer in finished utility room. Dune Deck only available as one unit (North/South together) during Prime Season.

When to go & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
